ROBSTAN windows are manufactured in the system KBE, one of the leading systems of window profiles of plastic. The windows of KBE profiles provide excellent thermal insulation and thus determine a considerable reduction of heating costs. System S 8000 IQ – 74 mm
System S 8000 IQ – 74 mm with straight and curved wing
During the design of this system with resistance sealing, efficiency and optimization of material were overriding serving creating an effective treatment method. System S 8000 IQ includes profiles with a depth of 74 mm with six-chamber construction. Within the system are simple and rounded wings, with black or gray seals. The system has good static parameters and thermal (Uf = 1.26 W / m2K). To sustain high static properties in the windows of color to this type of windows are dedicated to profiles of five-enlarged steel reinforcement.

In the system S 8000 IQ plus there are many solutions designed based on frames of various shapes and heights.
S 8000 IQ plus based on the rounded frame 5001 – 83 mm with wings 74 mm
The rounded frame system S 8000 IQ plus a unique product GEALAN. With six compartments perfectly it protects against the cold. Depth of 83 mm ensures increased durability corners and thus ensures greater stability of the window. Frame 5001 can be combined with wings S 8000 IQ system with a depth of 74 mm, and the wings of the S 8000 IQ plus a depth of 82 mm. You can choose from the wings with five, six or seven chambers. High compatibility of systems with a depth of 74 and 83 mm allows partners GEALAN harmonious production process. S 8000 IQ plus based on a raised frame 5002 – 83 mm with 82 mm wing
S 8000 IQ plus based on the traditional frame 5003 – 83 mm with 82 mm wing
Robust frames 5002 and 5003 with a depth of 83 mm are used in conjunction with a wing with a depth of 82 mm. The whole structure has a six-chamber design and excellent static and thermal parameters. Increased frame 5002 with an enlarged chamber for steel allows the construction of windows that meet the stringent requirements of static. In contrast, of 82 mm side is adapted to mount the glazing having a thickness up to 54 mm, so that the windows are made of profiles of the system are extremely warm.
