Bending arches
Bending PVC profiles are made by KS Shulten, thus minimizing distortion on the curved surface profiles. This method also allows for the implementation of the legs of the arc (arc transition in straight sections), which improves the aesthetics of the finished product.
WARNING ! Curved arc elements tend to change the profile width of 0 ~ 1 mm as a result of the bending process at a high temperature profile.
Profile systems
We have the following profile systems: KBE, STYL 2000, REHAU, VEKA, AURA, ALUPLAST, DECCO, GEALAN, Kümmerling, TROCAL, BRUGMANN in basic colors. Other profiles must be delivered to the address of our company.
We make all kinds of arches
I want very much according to the radius template, platforms, Gothic. We bend the bars, expanding, transoms stuck, cover strips, door profiles. On request, we install steel reinforcement in the arch part. We also ready arched constructions.
Arches of the legs can be made only with semicircular arches and curved platforms. The minimum bending radius is 300 mm, the curves which can not be determined radius, it is necessary to provide a template defining the outline of the arc.
Technology
Our arched constructions are welded on the welding machine to the unusual angles of HASSOMAT which allows to obtain burr without having to make a groove masking.
